In accordance with Law 196/03, it is stated that:

- treatment of the data concerned consists of registration and tape recording for promotional purposes, in order to send further commercial offers and information for market research and statistics;
- conferral of permission by the user to treat his personal data is optional. Eventual refusal comports renouncing only to commercial offers and proposals;
- the individual has the right: to receive confirmation of the existence, or otherwise, of personal data concerning him or her; to cancel or block any data in violation of the law; to update, modify, or if so desired, integrate the data. The interested party also has the right to oppose, completely or in part, the handling of his or her data at any moment.
